I have developed my professional career mainly in South America and Europe, having engaging in diverse projects both on-site and from a technical office perspective. I have extensive experience in planning, project management and use of specific software such as Primavera P6, Ms Project and Power BI.
Among other activities, I specialize in the development and validation of detailed schedules, definition of KPIs, creation of specific tools through VBA, training of planning technicians and delay analysis. I have worked in a team, collaborating with project managers to provide technical support and ensure compliance with project deadlines.

Provide prospective or retrospective delay analysis, prepare cause-and-effect analysis as part of claim reports, indetify potencial claims through a review of updated schedules and advise the Contract Manager regarding the best approach for Extension of Time request.

Responsability
Evaluate the quality of the schedule, identify critical and subcritical path of the project, make changes to the sequence of activities, define KPI and reporting line, document management for future claims, provide support to the contract administrator regarding impacts, notices and events, develop recovery plan according to the contemporary critical path.
Projects
The project involved revamping of one of one of the client’s blast furnaces located in the Netherlands. Duro Felguera assumed the role of the main contractor for the project, being responsible for the boilermaking of various components. Project planning consisted of more than 4,000 activities and was managed from the customer’s database.

Perform delay analysis for construction projects in international arbitration and litigation, participate in client meetings, write expert reports based on the analysis findings, provide advisory services to Clients seeking to improve project control and risk management.

Responsability
Review schedule quality, automate processes through VBA, create dashboard in Power BI, perform delay analysis for EoT, site managers support, training new planners, lead a team of three planning technicians, Develop project portfolio planning (End to End) for project prioritization.
Planning Technician
Responsability
Create detailed planning for the company’s wind farms, create contractual schedules, update schedules, prepare progress reports in Excel, develop tools with VBA, support for site managers, management of user permissions in Primavera.
Projects
Nordex is one of the world’s leading wind turbine manufacturers with wind projects across Europe, South Africa and South America among others. The detailed planning for the company’s flagship projects was carried out in Primavera P6. The schedules had several thousand activities depending on the size and technology of the wind farm (steel tower – concrete tower). The schedules were very dynamic with activities ranging from hours to several days.

Attend weekly planning meetings, support the site manager, control production, update progress in Primavera P6, study and analyze possible recovery plans and simulations, prepare progress reports.
Projects
This project involved the growth of the tailings dam for a multi-metal open pit mine. The process was carried out using the extracted sterile material itself. Additionally, the project encompassed the excavation of four emergency pools and installation of HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene).
